I walk down this street 5 or 6 days a week, but almost always in daylight. This semester I have a night class. The scene reminded me of some night photos taken by Stanislaw B.A. Stawowy http://www.geocities.com/Stanislaw_Stawowy. I am not claiming that this is as good as his. Only that if I hadn't seen his photos, it might not have occured to me to pull the camera out of the bag. This photo was taken with a Nikon FM2n and a 50mm f1.8 AF lens, handheld at 1/15th or 1/30th.
